While in Nepal & India
all the volunteers are subject to the laws governing the Country.
Volunteers are to respaect this laws, and abide by them. Failure to
do so will result in immediate termination of the volunteer
placement by local coordinator.

Serious miscounduct on
a HC volunteer work placement, such as alcohol or use of illegal or
recreational drugs, will result in immediate termination of HC
volunteer placement.

If for any reason you
are to be absent from your placement it is your responsibility to
inform your head as soon as possible and only leave with his or her
permission. You must ensure that you are aware of your timetable and
that you're available as reasonably required by the school.

Volunteers must adhere
to all rules and regulations of the school or institution in which
they are placed and dress appropriately at all times.

Other then in the case
of serious misconduct and in the event of unsatisfactory work or
conduct, the local coordinator will liaise with head teacher and a
warning will be given. Should the shortcoming persist then the
volunteer placement will be terminated. In the event of a dispute
over this procedure then a decision will be made by local
coordinator and Counter part.

In the event of a
dispute between the HC Volunteer & local coordination representative
then matter must be brought to the main coordinator as soon as
possible who will make every effort to resolve the problem but if
the such dispute came between the HC Volunteer & main coordinator
then matter must be brought to Counter part direct, who will make
every effort to settle problem.

Your placement has been
arranged for 3months. If incase some one has to leave before time
finish or if they want extend their time then volunteers have to
inform to head teacher as well as local coordinator. They have to
prepare to bare extra expense for food, accommodation &coordination
fee if they extend their stay.

Your placement ends "on
site". Before departing for independent travel or home, you must
sign a letter of departure and "sign out" with your local
coordinator or head teacher.
